Galaxy S10 August 2022 Update
In addition to the August 2022 security patches for Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10+, and Galaxy S10e, it should bring general improvements to the stability and resolution of some of the bugs encountered by users with previous software versions (unfortunately, the official changelog does not provide much detail about it).
The update, which contains August 2022 security patches and addresses as many as 55 security vulnerabilities, is identified with version G97*FXXSEHVD1 (where the * varies by model, and will be a 0 for the Galaxy S10, a 3 for the Galaxy S10e, and an 5 for the Galaxy 10+) and according to Samsung’s and Google’s report, its August 2022 security patch fixes dozens of vulnerabilities related to user privacy and data security, such as Bluetooth connectivity, Samsung DeX, Samsung dialer, Desktop System UI, Wi-Fi service, and more.
According to SamMobile report – The update is currently rolling out in various European countries and regions, including Germany, Greece, Luxembourg, Poland, Switzerland, and the Nordic region.
Users can also check for the latest software update by navigating to Settings » Software update and tapping on Download and install or turning auto-updates or notifications on in your device’s settings.

Galaxy S10 Series Removed From Monthly Update Program
The Galaxy S10 series came onboard with Android 9-based OneUI 1.1. and reached its hardware/software policy distribution limits by getting upgraded to major Android 12-based One UI 4.1, i.e. three major upgrades of OS & four for OneUI.
That leaves us with all the Galaxy S10 series devices, namely Galaxy S10+, S10, S10E & S10 5G, shifted to Quarterly updates except for the Galaxy S10 Lite, which is still listed in the monthly update cycle of the Samsung update bulletin.
