The Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, Tab S8+ and Tab S8 Ultra tablets are also receiving a new software in the United States. This is an important update since it introduces the One UI 4.1.1 based on Android 12L, the version of the robot dedicated to folding devices or – as in this case – to those with large displays.

Previously, the update is available in Europe and South Korea. Now the company has started rolling out One UI 4.1.1 update for Galaxy Tab S8 in the United States.
Android 12L brings the taskbar that debuted with Galaxy Z Fold4, which allows you to navigate faster between apps and have more efficient multitasking, with split-screen applications or pop-up windows. A new two-finger gesture allows you to make the quick switch between fullscreen and split-screen. Now you can also extract text from images (and share it with any app or translate it into various languages), set a different background for each caller contact, edit the collection of images to show on the unlock screen, and take advantage of the news and improvements for some apps, including Archive and Samsung Internet Browser.
To update your Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, S8+, and S8 Ultra you can go to the system settings, following the ‘Settings > Software Updates > Download and Install’ path.
