One UI 5 Is Close To Unlocked Galaxy Note 20 – November 2022 Security Patch Arrived In The US

The highly anticipated Android 13-based One UI 5.0 update has been released in the international market on the Galaxy Note 20 and the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. And the people of the USA are still eagerly waiting for the Android 13 update.

Good news arrived, but don’t get your hopes up too much; Samsung has started serving new firmware for the Unlocked Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra in the United States. The update carries firmware version N98xU1UES3FVJ1 with the latest November 2022 security patch for both devices.

 According to the changelog, the November 2022 security patch includes fixes for as many as 36 vulnerabilities

; 3 are labeled as critical, 32 have high priority, and 1 moderate. No new features have been added through this update.

The update is available for all unlocked units of the Galaxy Note 20 series in the United States. However, other countries should receive the new update shortly. You can check for the update by going to Settings and then Software Update and tapping Download and Install if the update is available.
