Samsung introduced its Artificial Intelligence (AI) voice assistant, “Bixby,” nearly five years ago. Since then, the company has been working continuously to enhance its usability and to make it more improved than before. Recently, Bixby now shows support for one more language, which is Latin American Spanish. But let you know that this language for Bixby is currently available for some select devices.

Previously, Brazilian Portuguese was the only Latin American language supported by Bixby, and now Latin American Spanish also has joined this league. Until now, Bixby only supported the European Spanish. Now the support for this Spanish language will definitely increase the number of users because the United States, which has the highest number of Bixby users, is the second-largest Spanish-speaking country.

Bixby is an intelligent and powerful voice assistant that helps Galaxy users navigate their devices so they can easily organize their lives exactly as a personal assistant can. With Bixby, one can easily launch an application, make schedules and reduce day-to-day hurdles as per the user’s instructions. It also can communicate with others by answering calls and sending messages.

At present, approximately 400 million Galaxy devices, including Smartphones, TVs, and Home Appliances, are using Bixby worldwide, in which nearly 200 million peoples are active users of it. The company said in SDC 2022 that as users will expand their connected ecosystem, Bixby’s voice control and seamless integration with devices will manage and monitor the whole house with the Smart Home feature.

Only the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S21, Galaxy Z Flip 4, and Galaxy Z Fold 4 devices will support the Latin American Spanish language after a software update. It will expand its availability in other devices, including Galaxy S20 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 devices, by December and the year 2023.
