Samsung will launch another Fan Edition device Galaxy Tab S8 FE, soon. It was previously spotted on the benchmarking database Geekbench also. Ever since its testing took place, rumors about it have been slow. But now we have got key information regarding this device. It is said that the company will provide an LCD along with an S Pen for this device, which will be powered by Wacom. Now let’s take a look at the expected appearances that we have got to know till now.

Coming to the device’s display, the Fan Edition will feature an LCD panel like its predecessors. Additional information on the display, such as display resolution, size, and other characteristics, is yet to be known. As the device will still work on the LCD and is not upgrading to AMOLED, the only improvement that happened with it is a better refresh rate. The previous Galaxy Tab S7 FE had a refresh rate of 60Hz LCD, so we are expecting 120Hz LCD in the upcoming device.

According to Geekbench previous reveals, the Galaxy Tab S8 FE will be booted with Android 13 with a layer of One UI 5.0 on top of it. It is said that the device will get power from MediaTek’s MT8791V SoC, also known as Kompanio 900T. It has the model number SM-X506B in the benchmarking database. In the Geekbench testing, the device scored 773 in single-core performance and 2318 in multi-core performance. The true appearances will be confirmed with its launch only.
