The Korean giant has started rolling out the Android 13 update for original Galaxy Z Flip devices, and Samsung has dropped the update for the European region. Apart from this, the company has already released the One UI 5.0 update for the 5G variant of the device earlier today.

Currently, the update is available in Italy; users using the Galaxy Z Flip LTE version can identify the latest update by its firmware version F700FXXUAIVK3. The update also includes the November 2022 security patch that fixes nearly four dozen security vulnerabilities. This time the update covers the 4G variant of the Galaxy Z Flip device. We hope the update will be available all around Europe in the coming days.

The Galaxy Z Flip series was launched in 2020. It is the second series released by Samsung after Galaxy Fold, the original Z Flip has come with Android 10 on board, and now it has received the third Android OS update. According to Samsung’s official statement, the device is no longer getting Android updates after this. At the same time, the device is still getting some security patch updates in the future.
