Verizon Galaxy A51 5G enjoys Android 13 with One UI 5.0 in the US

The US smartphone market is divided into two segments, unlocked and locked variants. Because of this, some devices receive new updates according to their network boundaries. Most of the time, new updates are available for carrier-locked devices.

Notably, the same is happening for the Galaxy A51 5G device. According to information, the Android 13 update is available on the Verizon network, which means if you are using a Galaxy A51 5G device bonded to Verizon, you can easily update your device to the latest version.

The Android 13 update can be identified by its new firmware version number A515USQU8EVK6, which includes two months older security patch than the October 2022 security patch. It is also noticeable that the Galaxy A51 5G device has already received the One UI 5.0 update in Europe a couple of weeks ago, as well as the European variant, which got the support of December 2022 security.

As mentioned earlier, the device is getting the support of the latest Android OS. Samsung has also included some extra functionalities in it in the form of One UI 5.0. The update brings a restructured UI design, which gives the device a new look. There are some new; improved functions have been introduced under several inbuilt apps, including Camera, Samsung Keyboard, Galley, and more. According to the changelog, it also comes with some new and improved features like Auto optimization, multitasking split screen, RAM Plus, stacked widgets, and so on.
