Samsung’s Wear OS-powered Galaxy Watch4 and Galaxy Watch5 have a Camera Controller app and the ability to control your compatible smartphone camera from your wrist. This is an incredibly convenient and useful feature, as it allows you to capture those special moments without fumbling around for your phone to get the shot. With this addition, Samsung has brought us closer than ever before when it comes to controlling our devices remotely.

Galaxy Watch4 and Watch5 gets new Zoom feature in Camera Controller app

Galaxy Watch5 and Watch4 series users can soon access an update that extends the Galaxy camera experience with smartphone/watch connectivity. Camera Controller now boasts zoom abilities, enabling users to adjust the phone’s camera zoom by pinching the watch screen or turning the rotating bezel. This is ideal for taking pictures of bigger groups without returning to the camera to frame them correctly.
