One UI 5.1 is now live for Galaxy A22 and Galaxy M32

Earlier, Samsung updated several high-end devices with One UI 5.1. After almost completing them, the company is now expanding the update for the eligible Galaxy devices, which come in the budget-friendly to midrange category. The update is now released for two more smartphones, including Galaxy A22 and Galaxy M32.

The One UI 5.1 update is landing on the Galaxy A22 and Galaxy M32 devices with different version numbers as A225FXXU4DWB8 and M325FVXXU5DWB8, respectively. It also includes the one-month older security patch in the form of February 2023, which enhances the overall security of the device by fixing the number of security vulnerability issues. It is also worth noticing that these devices got the same maintenance mode update previously.

The One UI 5.1 is the latest major update for Galaxy users as it brings several new features as well as improves the existing one at the same time. The latest update brings new changes in various system-level apps, including Camera, Gallery, Samsung Internet, Weather, and many more.

It is worth mentioning that the One UI 5.1

 update is rolling on the LTE variant of both devices. The Galaxy A22 smartphone is getting updated in several European countries, including France and Germany. While the Galaxy M32 is receiving updates in Indonesia, Malaysia, Russia, and Ukraine.

The Galaxy M32 and Galaxy A22 launched back in 2021; both devices come with Android 11 out of the box. At that time, Samsung had followed the policy of three years of Android updates for the devices, so the device received the two major updates and is currently running on Android 13. Being the midrange Galaxy A22 will get a minimum of one more major update in the coming days, but on the other hand, there are very few chances if Galaxy M32 will get any major updates in the future. However, both devices will get some security patch updates for a minimum of two years.
