At the beginning of February 2023, the South Korean firm launched the Galaxy S23 series, along with its new additional UI update- One UI 5.1. With this new UI update, Samsung has brought many new features and options which are capable of making our day-to-day lifestyle easy. One of One UI 5.1’s novelties is the Galaxy S23’s image clipper function, which will soon make its way to other Galaxy devices. Let’s take a look at it.

Samsung Image Clipper Feature

For those who are unaware, the Image Clipper function is a part of the One UI 5.1 update, which is exclusively limited to the Galaxy S23 series devices only, with which it has debuted to the Galaxy world. Notably, with this function, you can cut out any particular object from an image that you can copy, share, and even save as a standalone image. To use you, you just have to press hold on the desired object you want to cut out.

As we have mentioned above, this function is currently limited to the Galaxy S23 devices only, but now we don’t have to wait anymore as it is about to reach other Galaxy devices as well. As per the popular tipster Revegnus, as you can see, today we fear the arrival of this functionality in April, but only for the smartphones of the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S21 series, compared to what was previously leaked, the devices of the Note 20 series are excluded, the brand’s foldables such as Galaxy Z Fold 2, Z Fold 3 and Z Fold 4, Galaxy Z Flip and Z Flip 5G.

At the moment, therefore, it is not clear if Samsung has decided to review its plans, perhaps even just momentarily, or if perhaps the information in the leaker’s possession is not complete; in any case, it should not be long before to find out.
