There is no doubt that Samsung follows a quick update policy; the company always focuses on expanding every new update to each eligible device as soon as possible. But having a large category of devices, it takes time to update them all; for the US, it gets even slower than the other countries. The same is happening with Galaxy A51 5G and Galaxy A71 5G.

The unlocked variant of Galaxy A51 5G and Galaxy A71 5G is now getting the One UI 5.1 update in the US. The update also includes February 2023 security patch updates for T-Mobile, Sprint, MetroPCS, Verizon US Cellular, Spectrum Comcast, and AT&T. It is expected that the update will be available on all the remaining carriers in the next few days.

One UI 5.1 features

The update brings several new features that enhance the functionalities of the several system-level apps, including Camera, Gallery, Multitasking, modes, and routines. Additionally, it also brings some new features like the Battery level widget- it is a useful utility app that indicates the battery level of the smartphone and other connected devices. With the latest update, users will also be capable of changing the location of screenshots and screen recordings.
