Samsung is now expanding the One UI 5.1 update in more countries for Galaxy Tab A8. Initially, it received an update in South Korea. It is estimated that The One UI 5.1 rollout session will be completed before the month’s end.

The One UI 5.1 update includes several new features, but in the case of Galaxy Tab A8, it will get some limited features which enhance the camera, gallery, weather, and many more. Moreover, two additional features have been added, like the Battery widget, which indicates the battery level of the smartphone and connected devices, as well as you will now be able to change the location of the Screenshot and screen recordings saved.

As per Samsung’s official policy of three Android updates, the device is still eligible for one more major update, which will; be available this year in the form of Android 14.
