Samsung, in recent years, has turned out to be one of the most attentive companies to Android updates, as well as one of the fastest to release the new versions of Google’s OS for its devices, and Android 14 has no intention of slowing down.

In fact, for weeks, there have been rumours that the team of developers of the Korean giant has been working hard on Samsung One UI 6.0, the company’s new custom interface that will bring Android 14 to various Samsung Galaxy.

Android 14 and One UI 6.0: Here’s which Samsung Galaxy will update

A first sighting suggests that the South Korean manufacturer’s team is struggling with builds for the Samsung Galaxy S23, Samsung Galaxy S23+, and Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. These are, more precisely, the builds with the firmware versions S911BXXU1BWE2S916BXXU1BWE2 and S918BXXU1BWE2.

Aside from the Galaxy S23 lineup, we have uncovered indications that Samsung is internally testing One UI 6.0 on the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 devices. The test firmware for the Galaxy Z Fold 4 is identified as F936BXXU2DWE1, while the Galaxy Z Flip 4’s test update bears the firmware version F721BXXU2DWD7.

In principle, the Android 14 beta testing program, as well as the stable One UI 6.0 update, will first be available for the Galaxy S23 series and the foldable flagship phones of 2022 later this year.
