Samsung TV Plus offers 10 more free channels in Italy

Samsung TV Plus is the Korean firm Samsung’s free, ad-supported streaming (FAST) service that comes preinstalled on newer Samsung TVs. It was first introduced back in the year 2015. In the past few days, the platform has been renewed a notable number of times, and it recently got another renewal. Notably, this recent renewal has brought 10 new free channels to the platform in Italy. Let’s know more about this matter. 

Informatively, last month, 8 channels were added to Samsung TV Plus, and now 10 more got a place there. However, these new free channels aren’t the only change that has been made to this platform; instead, the company also enriched the programming and content of its app on mobile and all Samsung smart TVs. This change will make this platform even more exciting for customers to watch TV programs and movies.

As we have mentioned above as well, Samsung TV Plus’ mobile app has also been revamped, and the most specific change is its whole new UX. This new update also includes an updated Discover tab that now shows some amazing eye-catching banners. Besides the banners, the feed will also show content recommendations to guide the user in selecting their favorite content (TV shows or movies).

Let us inform you Samsung launched its Samsung TV Plus platform in Italy back in the year 2019. It is 100% free for its customers and offers video content, including movies, documentaries, children’s shows, music, news, and sports. Now, let’s take a look at the 10 newly added channels, which are listed below. Some of them are available from May 10, and some are available as early as April. You can check their names below.

• FireScape (4009): Campfire brings the warmth of a fireplace home, accompanied by the soothing sound of a crackling fire.
• Grjngo – Film Western IT (4977): Channel of Western films and series starring John Wayne of the 40s, classic Italian westerns of the 70s, and the best American westerns. All in HD. 

Available as early as April

• Serially (4165): Italian channel specializing in foreign TV series. On Serially TV series from all over the world. 
• Just For Laughs (4136): A hidden candid camera observes the behavior of ordinary people involved in surreal and bizarre situations.
• Crime Series – Rakuten TV (4167): The exciting world of crime series.
• Solocalcio (4507): Channel for football lovers at 360 degrees. Over a thousand games are available every year, all unencrypted and free of charge. Spring, Argentine, Brazilian and Arab leagues with Cristiano Ronaldo.
• House of Docs – Nexo TV (4207): Channel dedicated to prestigious documentaries, entire programming designed for those who love music, history, art, and a selection of the best documentary productions on the world market.
• Love the Planet (4239): Discovering the challenges that put our planet to the test and lots of suggestions aimed at adopting a more sustainable lifestyle.
• Baywatch (4156): Baywatch, the cult series remastered in HD and aired 24/7, with David Hasselhoff and Pamela Anderson. 
• U-Trend (4422): A channel presented by talents, influencers, Instagrammers, and TikTokers on trends and lifestyles from Italy and the world: fashion, travel, beauty, design, art, automotive, music, and much more.
