Like every year, Samsung is all set to launch its next-generation foldable device in the next few months. This time it is expected that the event will be organized earlier than in past years. From the initial event, Samsung has only held its unpacked event in the US. But this time, Samsung is changing its location to some Asian countries.

As per the reports, the unpacked event of Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Fold 5 could be organized in Korea. However, Samsung hasn’t officially finalized the location. The change in location is strategically targeting Asian markets to grab more attention.

Samsung already has a well-settled user base in some Asian markets, for instance. The Indian smartphone market, which is the second largest after China, is rapidly growing. It is expected that the growth rate will touch 8 percent in 2027. Apart from these, 97 percent of smartphone users are on the Android operating system, which makes it a more suitable environment for Samsung.
