Earlier, Samsung rolled out the May 2023 security patch update with the usual changelog for the Galaxy S21 series devices. In the first update, there is no mention of any feature or improvement, but being the security patch, it comes with some security-related enhancements.

Now with the new development, the company has rolled out a second update for the Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+, and Galaxy S21 Ultra with version numbers G991BXXU7EWE6, G996BXXU7EWE6, and G998BXXU7EWE6 respectively. It is expected that the update may contain some improvements that ensure the overall.

The update for the Galaxy S21 series is getting updated in several countries, including Germany, France, Spain, the UK, and Malaysia. It is expected that the update will soon be available for users from other countries.

Users of Galaxy S21 can easily install the update. To do so, you can wait for the official notification available on your device, or you can also manually update your device by going to the system settings.

The Galaxy S21 series devices were launched back in 2021. Samsung has packed the devices with Android 11. Later the device was updated to Android 13. Being a flagship device, it is eligible for a minimum four-year Android update. So the device will grab two more major updates upto Android 15.
