Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Flip 5 will have Android 13-based One UI 5.1.1

Samsung tends to bring new versions of mobile phones not only in Galaxy S Series but also in foldable devices. Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Fold 5 are the two foldable Samsung devices which will be making their debut in a couple of months. It is said that Samsung brings them along with One UI 5.1.1 being Android 13 as the foundation, which may include surprising features are not been properly disclosed yet.

The One UI upgrade may provide some features optimized for foldable phones, such as new widgets and Galaxy Z Flip 5 apps that will have a larger display. Recently Samsung updates its Good Lock module named Nice Catch and comes with a few minor enhancements and bug fixes, support for One UI 5.1.1 is listed in the app’s anticipated release.
The features that will debut along with these updates are currently unknown.

The Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Fold 5 will be the fifth generation and fourth foldable devices that Samsung will unveil within two months at the Unpacked event in Korea. This unsurprising announcement came with new features and upgrades to the existing hardware.

Galaxy Z Flip 5 is more affordable and cooler than Galaxy Z Fold 5. An official announcement from Samsung stated that the Z Flip 5 model would be revealed next month with the most accompanying features and upgrades.
