May 2023 security update is now live for carrier-locked Galaxy A32 5G in the US

Samsung Galaxy A32 5G was introduced back in 2021; the device came with Android 11. Later, the device received two more major updates in the form of Android 12 and Android 13; after this, it is no longer eligible for any other major updates. However, it is still eligible to get some software updates in the form of security patches, like now it is getting the May 2023 security update.

The latest update for Galaxy A32 5G is now available in the US. Currently, it is available for Carrier locked variants of the device on several networks, including T-Mobile, Sprint, and MetroPCS.

 It is expected that the update will be available on other networks in the coming days. Users who own Galaxy A32 5G can identify the latest update by the firmware version number A326USQSADWE2.

For your information, the May 2023 security patch is on a month older patch, and it is the third security update available for the device; it is expected that the device will get one more security update this year because Galaxy A32 5G is eligible for minimum four security updates per year. Whenever the update is available for your device, you will get a notification; once you get the notification, you can update your device by tapping on the notification, which will redirect to the software update menu and then you just have to tap on the download button to update the device, but in case if you don’t get the notification you can also check it manually by going to the system settings.
