Samsung Galaxy devices always get late updates in the US as compared to other parts of the world, but with the June 2023 security update, it has changed its tactics. Initially, the company rolled out the security update to the Galaxy Z Fold 4 in the US and then expanded it to other countries. Now the company is again rolling out the update in the US for Galaxy S22, Galaxy Galaxy Note 20 5G, and Fold 2 5G devices.

Informatively, the latest security update doesn’t bring any innovation; it is the sixth security update that is sequentially available for the above-mentioned devices. The update aims to enhance the overall security of the device; along with this, it also sometimes includes several improvements for the performance of the devices.
