chipset and is available with the up to 16GB of RAM with 1TB inbuilt memory storage variant. Also, with the dedicated memory card slot, the memory is expandable up to 1TB. 

Software:  The Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra comes with the latest One UI 5.1.1, which is based on the Android 13 version. 

Camera:  The Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra offers a 13 MP + 8 MP Dual Rear Camera main camera to click amazing photos with better visuals and a 12 MP + 12 MP Dual Front Camera for awesome selfies. The Tab also offers a 4K @ 30 fps UHD Video Recording.
