One of these devices’ most useful and important features is the Flex Mode. Here is all you need to know about Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Flip 5 Flex mode, its supported apps and how to enable it.

The stand-out and most important features of  Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Flip 5 smartphones are that they offer you the ability to work in multi-screen mode so that you can perform multitasking from a single device.  

One UI 5.1.1 Flex Mode is an exclusive feature that is brought by the company in its Galaxy Z series of foldable devices. Certainly, it is the most stand-out feature in the latest foldable smartphones, the  Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Flip 5. With the flexible hinge design and glass display, this feature allows the apps to adjust their position so that they can be adjusted at the top and bottom of the screen while positioning the devices at an angle between 75° and 115°.

One UI 5.1.1: How to enable Flex mode on your Galaxy Z Fold 5 & Flip 5?

This is the essential feature that helps you to discover most of the apps simultaneously. Multitasking has become more convenient and easy with the introduction of the Flex mode. Whether to chat with your friends, watch YouTube videos, hands-free calling or take Insta-worthy selfies. 

To enable the Flex Mode on your Foldable device, follow the steps mentioned below:

  • Head to the Settings on your Galaxy Z Fold 5 & Flip 5 smartphones.
  • Tap on the Advanced features.
  • Now select Labs from the menu.
  • Click on the Flex Mode Panel.
  • Tap on the toggle next to the app which you want to choose for the Flex Mode Panel.

Choose any app of your choice, fold your device, and have fun with the Flex mode, where the app which you have chosen will appear on the top section of your screen while the Flex mode touchpad will be placed at the bottom of the screen.
