Samsung expands August 2023 update to Galaxy A73, A53, A33, M33, and A04e
It is no surprise that Samsung is still updating its devices to the August 2023 update in September. Basically, the Korean giant has a large number of devices in its catalog, and the company has to update them gradually due to server limitations. So now more devices are getting the August update.
These Galaxy devices are getting a new update.
Samsung has rolled out the August 2023 update for several Galaxy devices; however, they are getting the update in different countries, such as the Galaxy A33 5G and Galaxy A53 5G, which are getting the update in Korea. The Galaxy A73 is getting the update in Malaysia. Meanwhile, the Galaxy M33 5G and Galaxy A04e are receiving the update in India. However, as said earlier, Samsung is expanding the update gradually, so it will be available in more countries in the coming days.

What’s new in the August 2023 update?
The August 2023 update is part of the security maintenance program of Google, so it is mainly focused on enhancing the security of the devices. In addition, Samsung has also added some improvements to the devices that will improve their functioning.
For some devices, the latest update has brought new versions of several apps, including Samsung Notes Add-ons, Global Goals, Notes, Internet, Health, SmartThings, Members, Wallet, Calculator, and Voice Recorder.
Installation
If you own any of the mentioned devices and belong to the region where the update is live, you can easily update your devices by following the below steps:
- Go to the navigation “Settings.”
- Open the “Software Update” menu.
- If the update is available, tap on the “Download and Install” button.
- When done, it will then be installed automatically.
