Samsung is setting up to introduce its seventh-generation foldable smartphones, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7, which are anticipated to feature highly efficient displays.
The Korean tech giant is actively working on expanding its foldable lineup by debuting new innovative models. Currently, the company is rumored to debut at least three foldable phones, including the Galaxy Z Flip 7, Galaxy Z Fold 7, and Galaxy Z Flip FE.
A reliable tipster, PandaFlash, on X, shared a post claiming that the forthcoming seventh generation will feature a highly efficient display to deliver enhanced picture quality. He also mentioned that the devices will consume less power and offer longer battery life. Reportedly, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 test battery backup is increased by approximately 55 minutes, and the reason behind this result seems to be the power-efficient Snapdragon 8 Elite for the Galaxy.
The same tipster, in another post, claimed that Samsung is not planning to offer any significant changes in terms of design. He also mentioned that the upcoming device will have a similar flat frame and camera rings as its predecessor.
Apart from these devices, the company is also working on its ever-first tri-fold device, which is now rumored to debut next year. The tipster mentioned that: the “Galaxy Tri-Fold Design also Seems “Not” Surprising.” This means the tri-fold could also not bring any revolution in terms of design.
