Galaxy S23 Gets March 2025 Update Before One UI 7 Beta in the USA

Samsung is working hard to bring the One UI 7 on track and this month the company has started the One UI 7 beta program to Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Flip 6 devices. Meanwhile, the company has also started the March 2025 update to the eligible devices, now with the latest development the Galaxy S23 series is getting it in the US.

March 2025 Security Patch for the Galaxy S23 details

Samsung has rolled out the March 2025 security patch for the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+ and Galaxy S23 Ultra with the firmware version number S911USQS6CYB3, S916USQS6CYB3, and S918USQS6CYB3 respectively. According to the report, the update is currently limited to the Carrier locked variant and will provide the update to unlock units. 

With the latest update the company doesn’t bring any significant changes for the devices but it will provide only a patch that will fix the issues that are related to the internal functionality of the devices.

Moreover, if you are getting any other issues while using the devices so keep the device performance on track then you are recommended to keep your devices up to date with the fresh security patches.

If you are using the locked units of the Galaxy S23 series in the US, then you should check started getting the notification about the availability of updates. In case if it hasn’t appear till now then don’t worry as it may take time to reach every carrier-locked unit.

One UI 7 beta is coming up next

Earlier, Samsung has rolled out the March update for the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Flip 6 device and then distributed the beta update in the next update, so there is a high chance that the Galaxy S23 series could get the One UI 7 beta in the next couple of days.
