Selfie Log Video Support Could Expand to More Galaxy Devices

Samsung has probably decided to expand the stunning Samsung Log video mode to the Galaxy S25 series’ front camera soon. Meanwhile, a fresh report suggests that more Galaxy devices will join the list alongside the S25 lineup.

With the Galaxy S25 Edge, Samsung introduced the Log mode in the selfie camera, with a previous leak suggesting that the S25 Edge’s camera shooting upgrade is possibly coming soon to the Galaxy S25 series.

Now, a user Alfaturk via X, shared a post that points out that Samsung’s front camera log video shooting support will be arriving on more Galaxy devices, which clearly signifies that alongside the Galaxy S25 family and Galaxy S25 Edge, the previous generation Galaxy S24 series, and Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Flip 6 folding smartphones will be joining the list soon, as originally confirmed by Samsung Camera moderator.

Well, the Log Video mode allows users to shoot videos with more dynamic range with processing. More specifically, it has a flat, desaturated color profile and preserves more details in both highlights and shadows, making it easier to color-grade in post-production. It will further enhance the selfie camera experience for the users as well.

With that said, Samsung is yet to announce this officially, it might make it to the Galaxy S25 series alongside more selected Galaxy devices listed above.
