Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Flip 4 grab June 2025 Security Patch

Samsung has just shifted its focus to delivering the latest June 2025 security update for its foldable models, as right after dispatching the update for the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Flip 3 units, the company is already rolling out the new patch for the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Flip 4 models.

So far, Samsung has covered a good number of Galaxy devices, and now, it’s time for its folding devices to receive the update. Beginning from its own fort, South Korea, Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Flip 4 are getting a new update that significantly integrates the June 2025 security patch and will reach more eligible regions soon.

More specifically, the latest update for the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Flip 4 is identified with the build numbers F936NKSS6HYF1 and F721NKSS6HYF1, respectively. Meanwhile, the update is, however, a minor security patch that doesn’t bring any major features and changes; rather, it significantly focuses on improving the device’s overall security and core functionality.

Samsung has detailed that the latest June 2025 security patch apparently integrates a host of fixes for all the security vulnerabilities that have been acknowledged in the previous version to provide a more secure user experience while also protecting the device against potential harms.

Beyond this, the update further adds more stability and reliability to the entire system behavior for efficient functionality and brings certain optimizations to the device’s performance to provide a smoother and more stable experience to the users.
