Meanwhile, a recently uploaded video by Korean YouTuber TheSINZA leaked the dummy unit of the upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 7 smartphone. The video compares the latest foldable to its predecessor Galaxy Z Fold 6, and also with the Galaxy Z Fold SE.

The volume and power buttons are housed in the usual position, but look slimmer. Apart from these upgrades, the dummy hasn’t revealed any other key upgrades of the device.
The Galaxy Z Fold 7 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and is already confirmed to run Android 16-based One UI 8 out of the box. Since Samsung hasn’t revealed the exact upgrades and tweaks of the Galaxy Z Fold 7 yet, it remains to be seen what new novelties the device will bring.
