Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Flip 5’s June 2025 Security Patch now reaches Europe

Samsung is considered as the best smartphone manufacturer among other Android partners when it comes to keeping its Galaxy devices updated. Currently, the company is going smoothly with the June 2025 security patch rollout and; meanwhile, the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Flip 5 units are receiving the update.

After a gap of one week, Samsung is now looking forward to expanding the new software update that significantly integrates the June 2025 security patch for the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Flip 5 models in more countries, which is now available in Europe, and identified with their detectable build numbers, F946BXXS5EYF1 and F731BXXS5EYF1, respectively.

More specifically, the update is just a minor monthly security patch for June, which is meant to strengthen system security. The update; however, doesn’t introduce any major features and changes, rather it significantly improves the device’s overall security and core functionality.

It packs a host of bug fixes for all the security vulnerabilities that have been addressed in the previous version to provide a more secure user experience, while also protecting the device against potential threats.

In addition, the update further brings certain optimizations to the device’s overall performance for an efficient functionality, and also adds stability and reliability to the entire system behavior that eventually leads to a more smooth and stable experience to the users.

Beyond this, it has already been reported that the Galaxy Z Fold 5 models were seen running One UI 8, which apparently points that Samsung has started development for its 5th generation foldables and could arrive any time soon. But for now, Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Flip 5 owners can now download the June patch on their devices.
