Most prominently, a previous report mentioned that Samsung is supposed to add a few noticeable changes and animations to the Calculator app with One UI 8, but at the same time, the company is also rolling out a new software update for the Calculator app, which takes it to an all-new version number, v12.4.00.13, and the latest update is currently available to download via the Galaxy Store.
Specifically, the new version significantly brings a handful of improvements to all the existing features that are useful in making some simple arithmetic calculations and scientific calculations. Therefore, in simple words, the update will enhance the overall user experience while also making every single calculation much easier and smoother.
At the same time, the Samsung Calculator app provides various features for both arithmetic and scientific types of calculations; users can even record their calculations as well.
Beyond this, in addition to certain performance improvements, the upcoming OS, One UI 8, appears to be getting prepared to add various new enhancements alongside more new functionalities in the Samsung Calculator app, which remains to be seen in the future updates.
Well, One UI 8 is currently running on Galaxy S25 models in the beta stage and will be moved forward to more eligible Galaxy devices, including Galaxy S24, S23, S22, and other foldables and tablets.
