Samsung Galaxy Phones Now Support T-Mobile’s T‑Satellite: Full List of Compatible Models

T-Mobile, one of the leading carriers in the US, has officially announced T-Satellite service for 41 Samsung devices. Notably, the carrier had been conducting beta testing for satellite compatibility on devices based on Starlink for a long time, but now that the service is official, it will be publicly available to users.

With this development, T-Mobile users will be able to continue to use their services even in remote areas. According to the T-Mobile official statement, the availability of T-Mobile services like call and text can be seamlesswhere the cellular network isn’t reachable.

Going into details, when the satellite-based service is active and in range, it will show the icon on the notification screen as SAT. However, due to the moving of satellites, it couldn’t give an uninterrupted connection. For instance, when you execute any action like sending the message, it will retry until the message is successful.

Notably, the satellite connectivity is compatible for both eSIM and physical SIM. So there are no issues with switching. Along with this, the service is also used by non-T-Mobile users on unlocked devices with eSIM capability.

The service is available for the continental USA, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and some parts of southern Alaska on the following 41 Galaxy devices:
