Samsung is currently focusing on continuing its flagship phone legacy, while the current S lineup, the Galaxy S25 series, is built on a different aura for the company in the recent sales count in order to increase the market share. Since Samsung is already looking towards expanding vast capabilities via new technologies and form factors, it officially confirmed the launch for its upcoming techies.
Basically, the Korean smartphone manufacturer has stepped towards expanding its Galaxy ecosystem with more new products and form factors, consisting of its upcoming extended reality (XR) headsets and its first-ever TriFold, whereas the two new techies get their launch timeline but only to some extent, anyways!
Samsung took it to its official newsroom to post details of the second quarter 2025 results, where the company also put forth the official clarity that the upcoming XR headsets and TriFold will significantly bring a major leap in expanding new technologies, while also confirming that its first XR headsets will be launched before 2025 ends.
At the same time, there is no statement regarding the launch timeline for its first-ever TriFold, but it’s rumored to arrive by the end of 2025. However, Samsung is yet to provide an exact launch date for the XR headsets and TriFold; at the same time, it’s possible that the company is planning to release both the devices simultaneously on the same stage.
Well, Samsung is further aiming to launch new products with new form factors, which will apparently solidify its profitability and market legacy, despite various uncertainties in shares and rising bill of materials costs.
