Samsung retains the top spot when it comes to delivering software updates to its Galaxy ecosystem, from smartphones to apps and services. Meanwhile, the company’s stock Android apps, including Samsung Clock and Calculator, are getting a new update for more efficiency.
Specifically, the Samsung Clock and Calculator apps have started receiving a new update, where the Clock app carries a new version, v12.5.07.4, and similarly, the update for the Calculator app is identified with v12.5.00.20. Also, the latest version for both the apps is now available to download via the Galaxy Store.
As the changelog doesn’t mention the addition of any major features or changes, rather it looks like the newest update significantly integrates a few key bug fixes and other relevant improvements that eventually lead to a smoother, more efficient, and more stable user experience.
At the same time, Samsung has already been working on its next-generation One UI 8, with the version gradually reaching more eligible Galaxy devices in the coming future. Also, the company is further looking forward towards the expansion of One UI 8 support to more Galaxy apps and services, as the Good Lock suite, especially its modules, has already started getting One UI 8 support.
Well, it’s expected that the Clock and Calculator apps will perhaps bring more new features and enhancements with the integration of One UI 8 support in the future.
