Galaxy Tab S11 Series Features First-Ever 3nm SoC Technology

Samsung launched its latest Galaxy Tab S11 models, which are the first in the Galaxy Tablet family powered by the 3nm chip.

After a long development phase, Samsung finally launched the much-awaited Galaxy Tab S11 series, including two models: Galaxy Tab S11 and Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra. Both of these models feature a decent, slim design, great specifications, AI tools, a smarter camera, and more than any flagship-level tablet should have.

Samsung, over its in-house Exynos chipset, relied on MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400+ chipset to power its latest Galaxy Tab S11 and Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra tablets. This SoC is made on TSMC’s 2nm process node, making the Galaxy Tab S11 series Samsung’s first tablets with 3nm processors.

The chipset has a total of eight cores, which are as follows:

It has a big-core design with ARM’s newest CPU cores, which should offer immense processing power. For graphics, it has the ARM Immortalis-G925 MC12 GPU.

Noticeably, the Dimension 9400+ also powers the all-new Samsung DeX experience, bringing it to the latest Galaxy Tab S11 series. It has an Extended mode, which allows you to turn the Galaxy tablets and an external monitor into a dual-screen setup for using multiple applications simultaneously across two screens, similar to what we expect only from desktop PCs and laptops.
