Is Samsung preparing to release One UI 8 Beta 3 for Galaxy S24 Series?

Samsung appears to be all set to release the stable One UI 8 version powered by Android 16, starting with the Galaxy S25 series, this month. However, since the exact release date is still unknown, and meanwhile, yet another beta build has been spotted for the Galaxy S24 series, does this mean that the company will release more betas for the devices?

To recall, Samsung’s Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra units have been testing the ongoing One UI 8 beta program for the past three weeks, and so far the company has released two beta builds for the devices; meanwhile, a new beta is in the making!

According to the tipster, Tarun Vats, on X, shared a post where an all-new One UI 8 beta build has surfaced on the test servers for the Galaxy S24 series, carrying another beta version number, ZYI3. Also, this eventually suggests that Samsung appears to be preparing itself for releasing another new beta build for the Galaxy S24 series.

However, in any case, if the leak proved to be true, then users might witness the addition of even more key bug fixes and other improvements with the latest One UI 8 beta build. At the same time, the previous beta version added various fixes for lock screen, Now Bar issues, clock widget display error, and more, while also integrating the latest September 2025 security patch.

Well, the Galaxy S25 series will be first to receive the stable One UI 8 version and will be followed by more eligible Galaxy devices over the coming months. However, the exact release date is still unknown; hopefully, Samsung could start a stable rollout soon. As per the announcement, it has to release the update in September.
