Samsung Camera Assistant’s 3D Capture feature compatible with selected phones

Samsung has started initiating a new update for Good Lock Camera Assistant that significantly introduced an all-new 3D Capture feature; meanwhile, a new update highlights that the newest flagships are now compatible with this newly added feature.

In case you missed it! A previous report suggested that Samsung has provided a new update for the Good Lock’s Camera Assistant app, which apparently introduced a new 3D Capture, while also mistakenly revealing the name of its upcoming XR headsets.

Meanwhile, Camera Assistant’s newest 3D Capture option is conveniently placed at the top of the preview so that users can easily create spatial photos and videos for the Galaxy devices.

At the same time, another version has been released, carrying v4.0.00.2, and primarily, the changelog mentions that the new 3D Capture feature is now available for the current flagships, including the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Flip 7, alongside the Galaxy S25 family.

Other than that, the latest update even adds support for the Auto Zoom in Flex Mode dedicatedly for the Galaxy Z Flip 7 devices. Basically, the Flex Mode allows users to use their Z series devices hands-free, and therefore, with the latest update, Samsung has added the Auto Zoom support for the Galaxy Z Flip 7 owners.

Well, the newest version of the Good Lock Camera Assistant app is now available to download via the Galaxy Store, or else users can also check out the latest update by entering into the Good Lock app.
