Samsung Medison showcased its ultrasound diagnostic solution at the ISUOG 2025 in Cancún, Mexico, especially for women’s medical care across all life stages, from the fetal stage to menopause.
The Korean tech giant is actively expanding its presence in the medical equipment business. Now, it has presented its women’s health solution under the theme “From Challenges to Solution: Experience the Innovation” at the ISUOG (International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology). This new solution helps the company to gain a lot of attention from the global medical community thanks to its upgraded HERA Z20, a premium ultrasound system for OB&GYN.
The HERA Z20 offers diagnostic tools for every stage of a woman’s life; for instance, it helps healthcare professionals manage women’s health from adolescent gynecological conditions and fertility to maternity and aging. The new PelvicAssist feature automatically diagnoses pelvic regions and measures the levator hiatus area to provide a clear 3D image. Other features, such as Fibroid 2D, IDEA, and IETA, are also convenient in nature, as they improve the scan and reporting process for endometriosis and endometrial tumor evaluation.
Samsung Medison’s ultrasound system has also integrated a bunch of features, including Ophthalmic Artery, HeartAssist, Live ViewAssist, and Qualitycheck, especially developed for high-risk pregnancy care.
