Samsung extending stable One UI 8.0 for Galaxy S24 series in Australia and Europe

Samsung has started expanding the stable Android 16-based One UI 8 update for the Galaxy S24 series in more countries other than South Korea. Now, the update reaches Australian and European markets.

The Galaxy S24 took part in the One UI 8 beta program, where Samsung delivered a total of three beta builds for the lineup, which then ended up as the company initiated the stable version for the Korea-based variants; meanwhile, Samsung is looking towards extending the stable One UI 8 version for the Galaxy S24 series owners, and the update is spotted in Australia, Germany, and the UK.

Also, it’s expected to expand to the international market, such as the US, over the course of time. But first things first, the latest stable One UI 8 software for the Galaxy S24 series has been identified with the version numbers S921BXXU4CYI7S926BXXU4CYI7, and S928BXXU4CYI7

More specifically, the new One UI 8 version significantly changes how users interact with the entire system behavior and performance that is topped up with the excellence of Android 16 OS. It brings a more upgraded UI and certain new features for enhanced communication, health tracking, multitasking, security & privacy, camera, and accessibility in order to provide a more seamless user experience and core functionality.

Other than that, the update further integrates the September 2025 security patch for additional security that eventually focuses on improving the overall security to provide a smoother, more stable, and more optimized user experience.

Since the stable One UI 8 update for the Galaxy S24 series is now available in Europe, this apparently suggests that the update for more countries is approaching.
