One UI 8.5 to introduce some new Lock Screen Clock styles

Samsung’s One UI 8.5 is currently the new talk of the town! While users can’t get over the leaks and rumors that are continuing to circulate all over the internet, a fresh report suggests that the lock screen clock will be getting more new style options via the upcoming major OS.

The entire Galaxy audience is overwhelmed with the leaks regarding the One UI 8.5 coming in the recent past; a new report just flashed online highlighting that Samsung seems to be introducing three new lock screen clock styles with the upcoming One UI 8.5 update, which is supposed to be powered by Android 16 OS.

Right after getting engaged with the report suggesting the arrival of a fully customized Quick panel, it is now claimed that the three new lock screen clock styles certainly have a horizontal layout, which was taken forward when it was first introduced with the One UI 7 version. Specifically, two of the clock styles have a nice gradient effect, while the third clock comes with a proper bold and matte finish.

However, it’s yet to be clarified whether One UI 8.5’s newly added clock styles for the lock screen come with a distinctive adaptive nature, or in other words, it remains to be seen whether the clock styles adapt to the faces or shapes present in the lock screen wallpaper, as it happens currently with the One UI 8 version.

Nevertheless, the latest lock screen clock styles seem to be spotted in an internal One UI 8.5 build, and thus, it is perhaps possible that Samsung might add a few changes in the future updates.
