Stable One UI 8.0 Update Rolls Out to Verizon Galaxy S24 Devices in the US

Samsung is continuing with the stable One UI 8 rollout for its Galaxy devices, and after initiating the stable update for the Galaxy S24 series in South Korea, the company has already started extending the update for the device in more countries, and this time, the update is available in the US.

Well, starting from South Korea, Samsung has already delivered the stable update for the Galaxy S24 family in the global market, including Australia and Europe. Now, the stable One UI 8 firmware is now finally available in the US.

More specifically, the latest stable One UI 8 firmware is rolling out for the Verizon-locked Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra devices in the US and is identified with the version numbers S921USQU4CYI9S926USQU4CYI9, and S928USQU4CYI9, respectively. It’s expected that the update will follow up more units across the country over the course of time.

At the same time, the stable update is significantly topped up with some excellent features that are powered by Android 16 that eventually take the user experience to the next level.

Also, the update adds various new UI elements and more relevant upgrades to entire system security & privacy, productivity, and accessibility alongside other enhancements to the camera, multitasking, lock screen, AI upgrades, and more that eventually provide a smooth and seamless experience to the users, while also integrating the September 2025 security patch for additional safety to offer a secure user experience and optimized performance.
