Samsung is now looking forward to introducing its next-generation Galaxy Book 6 series laptop, which is expected to feature a massive battery upgrade compared to its predecessors.
Apart from the smartphones, the Korean tech giant is also actively working on its laptops. Currently, it is working on launching the Galaxy Book 6 series, which will include two models as mentioned below:
- Galaxy Book 6 Pro
- Galaxy Book 6 Ultra
According to a report (via), Samsung is considering offering a massive battery upgrade to both of these devices as compared to the predecessor Galaxy Book 5 series. Reportedly, the Galaxy Book 6 Pro will be available in two variants based on screen size, both of which will have dedicated watt-hour specifications, which are as follows:
- Galaxy Book 6 Pro (14-inch) – 65.9 Wh (rated)
- Galaxy Book 6 Pro (16-inch) – 76.6 Wh (rated)
Whereas the Ultra variant is reported to have 78.64 Wh (rated) capacity. On the comparison side, the Galaxy Book 5 Pro(14-inch & 15-inch) has a 62.2 Wh and 74 Wh rated capacity, respectively.
Since these battery specs are not official, it remains to be seen whether the report will come true. Currently, there are no more details regarding other specifications, but it’s expected that, soon, more reports will come into existence.
