Samsung is aiming towards expanding its Physical Stores across the US by the end of 2025

Samsung is looking towards treating its US-based Galaxy audiences with new physical stores across the country, and there are special deals as well after the grand opening.

Basically, Samsung Electronics (America) has just announced that it is planning to open three new Samsung Experience Stores across the US, marking a significant step towards Samsung’s vision for the future of retail shopping, where customers find a perfect place to perform hands-on inspection of a variety of Galaxy products and experience them all at a single place.

Well, after the launch of the first-ever Samsung Experience Store in 2019, Samsung aims to expand more new stores across the US, with the new locations including Queens Center, NY; Mall of America, MN; and Los Cerritos Center, CA, by the end of 2025. Carrying an epitome of education, exploration, and service, these new stores will only be Samsung branded and are direct-to-customer, which means they have no mediator in between, delivering a premium experience.

The new Samsung Experience Stores will offer a more engaging experience, where customers will find innovations and convenience in every step, from learning about the latest technology to experiencing the entire Galaxy ecosystem, alongside more in-store support on current Galaxy devices, while also offering customers the opportunity to view Galaxy AI demonstrations to make AI more accessible.

At the same time, every Samsung Experience Store is incorporated with a certified yet professional Samsung Care team that can seamlessly handle every situation, from cracked screens to battery replacements.

Well, not just this, Samsung has some exciting deals after the grand opening of Samsung Experience Stores, which includes customers who visit the Queen Center and Mall of America stores in person before November 9 can access the limited-time grand opening offers where they can get an enhanced trade-in value of up to $800 on a qualifying device and Galaxy Buds 3 for only $99.99.
