Samsung Electronics introduces a new service called “Baro Service”, which will be convenient for customers to receive product inspections and consultations at Samsung Store locations.
The newly announced Baro Service pilot program will help Galaxy smartphone users get their devices repaired directly inside the company’s official stores. Currently, the service is available in four Samsung Stores across Korea, which are as follows –
- Galleria Gwanggyo
- Samsung Store Samsong
- Samsung Store Sangdo
- The Hyundai Seoul
Consumers can get phones, smartwatches, tablets, and wireless earbuds inspected for issues inside the store easily, and once the main issue is recognized, then simpler repairs such as screen and battery replacement will be done as soon as possible.
However, in case any complex issues are found, then with the One Day Pick service, the issues will be handled at a nearby service center and then returned to the Samsung Store, and all of this happens in one to two days.
Noticeably, the service is not only limited to smartphones, but also compatible with more devices, including microwave ovens, printers, tablets, vacuum cleaners, and wearables. All of the above-mentioned four stores mentioned above take in mobile devices for repairs, but small appliances can only be repaired at Samsung Stores in Samsong and Sangdo.
