The Galaxy XR is powered by the Snapdragon XR2+ Gen 2 chipset, integrated with 16GB RAM and 256GB of storage. It marked its name as the world’s first device running on the Android XR operating system. It features premium-level specifications, advanced AI features, impressive design, and several other wow factors.
One of the controversial facts of the headset is its availability, as the company launched it in two selected regions: the US and South Korea. This is raising concerns among global fans, as they were all eagerly waiting for the headset.
Noticeably, Samsung hasn’t even released any specific details regarding whether it is considering expanding the Galaxy XR availability in more markets. On the rivalry side, Apple’s Vision Pro is available worldwide, which hints that to make a strong position in the headset market globally, Samsung has to expand its availability.
