Samsung announces “Samsung Notebook Free Inspection” program for free laptop service

Samsung Galaxy Book users, the company launched the “Samsung Notebook Free Inspection” program to support in checking & upgrading their devices to Windows 11.  

Samsung Electronics announced (via) a “Samsung Notebook Free Inspection” program for Korean Galaxy Book users, which will go live from October 23 to November 22 at 117 Samsung Stores nationwide.

​The key aim behind announcing this program is to support customers in checking and upgrading their devices to Windows 11, as Microsoft officially stopped supporting Windows 10, including security patches, on October 14.

​The company also announced that users who bring their laptops to the store during the free inspection program will have their entire system checked for free, such as memory, storage, battery performance, and compatibility with Windows 11.

​Apart from the free service, the Korean tech giant also launched an attractive Trade-In Reward program. This program will benefit users who participate in the test and buy the Galaxy Book 5 Pro or Galaxy Book 5 Pro 360 at the Samsung Store will receive 50,000 Naver Pay points instantly, and also a 30% discount coupon for mobile accessories, including smart keyboards or headphones.

Regarding this, Jung Ho-jin, Vice President of Domestic Business at Samsung Electronics, stated, “We want to ensure that Galaxy Book users can continue to use their devices stably and securely when switching to Windows 11,” and added, “Samsung will continue to deliver user-centric products and services that enhance customers’ technology experiences.”
