The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra is now anticipated to be the first smartphone in the Galaxy family to feature a Neural Framing-powered AI camera, according to the report.
The Korean tech giant is expected to launch the Galaxy S26 series sometime in Q1 2026; however, a recent report claimed an exact launch date, specifically on February 25, 2026, at the Galaxy Unpacked 2026 event, which is expected to take place in San Francisco.
The lineup will include three variants: Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26 Plus, and Galaxy S26 Ultra. The company hasn’t revealed any official details regarding the specifications and features of these upcoming smartphones. Meanwhile, a new report says that the Ultra variant of the lineup (Galaxy S26 Ultra) may debut a Neural Framing-powered AI camera.
A post on X, shared by a leaker @SPYGO19726, claims that the Galaxy S26 Ultra may be Samsung’s first smartphone to feature an AI-powered Neural Framing camera, which will efficiently enhance the capturing experience.
The post mentions a brief detail regarding the feature: an “AI-assisted composition engine,” which can rewrite how images are processed before you tap the shutter. However, there’s no official confirmation regarding this feature yet; it remains to be seen whether Samsung will introduce this feature with the Galaxy S26 Ultra.
A few weeks back, the first live image of the Galaxy S26 Ultra had already surfaced online, which revealed that the panel bump and camera rings significantly make the camera part thicker than the complete body.
