Samsung is set to release its first Galaxy Tri-Fold on December 5th!

Samsung is now reported to release its first multi-folding Galaxy Tri-Fold smartphone in the first week of next month, i.e., on December 5.

Samsung had confirmed long ago that the Galaxy Tri-Fold would be launched by the end of this year; per the announcement, it officially unveiled the device during the APEC 2025 summit last month. Now, it is looking forward to releasing the device next month.

A reliable tipster, IceUniverse, shared a post on X, claiming that Samsung will release the Galaxy Tri-Fold smartphone on 5 December; however, the tipster hasn’t mentioned any particular market where the company will release the device.

Previously, the device was spotted on the Bluetooth SIG certifications, listed under several model numbers for different markets, including China, Korea, and the US. This suggests that the device will be available in these regions.

According to the post, the smartphone features a 6.5-inch outer display and a 10-inch inner display. It will measure 4.2mm in thickness while unfolding and 14mm when folded. Samsung offered a 5,600mAh battery to the device.

A few days back, it was reported that the company has so far produced only 20,000 to 30,000 units of the Galaxy Z TriFold, which seems a quite lower amount than initially thought. It remains to be seen in which markets Samsung will release the device.
