Samsung is still delivering its latest One UI 8 update for its leftover Galaxy devices, and meanwhile, the company has now started the distribution of the latest Android 16-based update for the Galaxy Tab S8+.
Well, the latest software update for the Galaxy Tab S8+ apparently integrates the latest One UI 8 version, which has been identified with the X808USQU8EYJ4 version number, and is currently available for the Verizon-locked devices in the US.
It’s important to note that the latest firmware for the Galaxy Tab S8 series has already been delivered in South Korea, and now, it looks like the company is looking towards expanding the update in the US, while it is expected to reach even more users across the country as soon as possible.
At the same time, Samsung’s One UI 8 is topped up with the excellence of Android 16 with even more vibrant colors, optimized widgets, and enhanced layouts that significantly take the user experience to the next level.
Also, the update brings new and improved Galaxy AI features, such as Gemini, Best face, Adaptive Lock screen clock, and more, while also adding upgrades to productivity, security and privacy, accessibility, and multitasking that eventually lead to a smoother and stable experience for the users.
Other than that, the update further integrates the October 2025 Security patch that apparently focuses on improving the device’s overall security, core functionality, and performance to provide a secure user experience, while also protecting the device against external threats or attacks.
