Samsung shared an official unboxing video of the Galaxy Z TriFold

Samsung recently launched its first Galaxy Z TriFold smartphone; it has now released the official unboxing video.

​The newly launched Galaxy Z TriFold smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite, running Android 16-based One UI 8 out of the box, and featuring several form factors. The company will release the device for sale in Korea on December 12, and then expand it to different markets in early 2026, including the US, China, Taiwan, Singapore, and the UAE.

​Meanwhile, the company has shared the official unboxing video for the Galaxy Z TriFold, offering a closer, clearer look at what arrives in the box and what the device can do. The Korean tech giant offered several convenient and familiar elements in the box, as mentioned below – ​

Although a compact charger in the box is a surprise inclusion, as the company has already stopped offering an in-box charger with its flagship devices for so long, the rest of what Samsung offers with other Galaxy devices is.

​Samsung confirmed that the Galaxy Z TriFold will be available in the US in the first quarter of 2026, with more details to be shared later. However, the company hasn’t revealed the launch timeline for other markets.

The company also announced that Customers can get a 6-month trial of Google AI Pro, with access to powerful features in the Gemini app like video generation powered by Veo3, plus 2TB of secure cloud storage.
