Check Out the One UI 8.5 Beta Update Supported Galaxy Device List

Samsung’s upcoming major software, One UI 8.5, has significantly taken all the spotlight, considering it as the most improved update over One UI 7 or One UI 8.0 versions.

Since a host of leaks have already cleared out the blurry picture about what is expected with the upcoming OS, it looks like the One UI 8.5 beta program is indeed around the corner; check out the list that clarifies which Galaxy device is expected to get the beta channel.

A few months ago, Samsung was rumoured to introduce an all-new One UI x.5 version, replacing two additional incremental updates, One UI x.1 and One UI x.1.1, and therefore, the internal development of the upcoming One UI 8.5 began behind closed doors.

Basically, in short, Samsung started to internally test the latest One UI 8.5 version for a few key flagships, including the Galaxy S25 Series, which is indeed the prime contender for the beta program. This is then followed by several leaked firmware that showcased a few interesting yet useful features and upgrades that would be making their way via the upcoming One UI 8.5 software.

Meanwhile, the biggest question is, which Galaxy devices will be making it to the One UI 8.5 beta program, thus? In other words, it is quite possible that Samsung would not consider dropping the official beta program for all the flagships:

However, the current Galaxy S series smartphones will be getting the latest One UI 8.5 beta program for sure, but at the same time, there is some possibility that Samsung might expand the latest beta program to other eligible Galaxy devices, including the Galaxy Z Fold 7, Flip 7, as well as the Galaxy Tab S11 series. Well, it remains to be seen once Samsung officially announces the opening of the latest One UI 8.5 beta program, which is rumored to begin from December 8th.
