Samsung Health Gets New Fitness Content and a Discover Tab in Latest Update

Samsung is pushing out a fresh update to the Samsung Health app, version 6.31.3.013, and it brings a couple of additions that are worth knowing about.

iFit Content Is Spreading Wider

The update highlights iFit, a global fitness content platform now accessible through Samsung Health. The changelog pitches it as a home workout resource with a discounted launch price for new subscribers.

Samsung actually introduced iFit within Samsung Health back in November 2025, so this is not a debut. The more likely explanation here is that the feature is being extended to additional regions rather than being launched fresh. Samsung has not confirmed that directly, but the framing in the changelog points that way.

A New Discover Tab

The update also adds a Discover tab inside the app. In select countries, this section surfaces personalised health information, meal plans, and products from premium partners. There is also a new card recommendation feature at the top of the app that nudges users toward deals and events from Samsung Health partners.

Whether you find that useful or feel it leans too close to in-app advertising is a fair question. The health data angle makes it more relevant than a generic promotions feed, but users who prefer a clean interface may not love the addition.

How to Get the Update

The rollout appears to be global. Open the Galaxy Store, tap the hamburger menu in the top-left corner, and select Updates. If Samsung Health version 6.31.3.013 shows up, tap the update icon next to it or hit Update All to install it.
